Wholesale Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

We ship via reliable carriers and do our best to get your order out quickly.  Most orders leave our studio within 1-2 weeks of date received unless otherwise noted. 

During holiday or peak seasons, this may be up to 3 weeks.  Holiday orders must be received by the second week of November.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

All San Benito Paper Sales are final.  We do not accept cancellations or returns.    Damaged merchandise or incorrect order fulfillment must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

DISPLAY AND PACKAGING

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.  Sets may not be broken up.  All online stores or influencers must tag and credit San Benito Paper on any products featured or listed for sale.  Please contact us for questions regarding this policy.
